Fitness is the answer to many questions. Including obesity, anxiety, depression, diabetes and much more. Performing fitness correctly helps the body overcome the frictions of life. Doing it will help you feel good, improve your confidence, and help you look better. These are some of the reasons why I have been helping people for almost 30 years. I have a passion for the work and the commitment to the client's goal. I feel it's my responsibility to help people realize what cardiovascular, viscoelastic and musculoskeletal hypertrophy exercises are for, and what benefits they have and how to manage them towards the person's wellness goal. -3 tools in our control for wellness: Rest, nutrition, and exercise
